Our graduate programme offers exceptional training along your chosen
development track. The 18 month programme combines general business
learning modules and specific technical modules offering a unique and
well rounded curriculum including analytical, communication and leadership
skills development linked to Swiss Re‘s corporate principles
and strategy.

interns@swissre programme
Swiss Re offers students internship positions in the following business
functions: Client Markets, Products, Financial Services Products,
Risk Management, Finance and other selected operations units.

As an intern you will participate in our interns@swissre programme.
During the programme you will be assigned to a line manager and
his or her team, where you will take on tasks and work on projects
straight away. You will have the opportunity to participate in activities
that will also expose you to other business units and groups. The network events
that are organized for our graduates@swissre will be open to you as well and
you will get to experience Swiss Re’s culture while interacting with senior
executives at other business and social events.
